December 16, 2025 – Virtual Regency Ball for Jane Austen’s 250th Birthday

The pleasure of your company is requested at a most delightful Virtual Regency Ball in honor of Jane Austen’s 250th Birthday. An evening of dancing, conversation, and genteel amusement awaits!

Our evening will include:

  • Welcome
  • The Art of the Bow and Curtsey 
  • Genteel Conversation
  • Introduction to the Country Dance
  • Game: “Marry, Bury, Court”
  • Toast to Jane Austen on her 250th birthday

The Details

What: Virtual Regency Ball
When: December 16, 2025 from 7:00-9:00 p.m.
Where: In the comfort of your home via Zoom.
Bring: Your favorite refreshments and treats for you to enjoy. A beverage, whether cocktail, mocktail, tea, or cold drink shall be perfect  for our toast to Jane Austen!
Attire: Come in your finest, Regency wear or otherwise. We’ll have a prize for our best-dressed attendee (as voted on by the group).
RSVP: All are welcome! Register for the ball here.
Accessibility: All activities can be enjoyed  seated, including our dance sessions. We have auto-captions available in the Zoom ballroom. This ball is designed for all—please inform us of any accommodations you require to fully enjoy the evening.
